According to US copyright law,

"Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device."

This means that those words which I've put together and arranged in a very particular way are mine and cannot be used without my express permission.

Of course, it is possible to use part (a small part) of what I've written in accordance with Fair Usage attribution as allowed by the US Copyright Office.

Under the fair use doctrine of the U.S. copyright statute, it is permissible to use limited portions of a work including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports.
